We begin with a preliminary 30 minute, in-person consultation simply because most people today have never experienced a shoot with a professional print photographer and do not understand either the benefits of working with a true professional portrait artist or the process. Then at a scheduled date the magic begins with 1-2 hours in studio or at the location of the client's choice. Clients may have several changes of clothing if they so desire and hundreds of shots may be taken using natural and professional lighting often in combination.
Then approximately one week later, an in-home reveal and ordering session choosing from the very best 25-30 images from the shoot. Clients appreciate that I help guide them through what can be difficult decisions of the selection process. Average print purchases start around $500 and there are options for photo books, acrylic blocks, different shapes and sizes of archival canvas wraps or metal prints or fully matted and framed archival prints. It is entirely up to you what you would like to create with your portraits.
My canvas blocks are pressed onto solid Masonite making them archival and like them my metal and paper prints are all color calibrated with the printers at our professional labs. I also offer photo books, Acrylic Blocks, and album blocks which hold 10 mounted 8x10 prints.
Finally I deliver the finished artwork in person to assure customer satisfaction and often even install them for the client. (I also offer convenient payment plans for packages).
I also produce corporate and model headshot packages starting at $150 with professional studio lighting and backdrops and computer tethered shooting so you can see your images as they are taken.
I do not shoot weddings although I do photograph engagement sessions and Anniversary parties. If you are looking for some of the best wedding photographers in the business we have them in this area, and I would be happy to introduce you to them.
And don't forget our very special package deal on Pets!
